I suggest it is wrong that hitflip are not compensating users for their \'flips\' regardless of their t&cs I suggest we contact the UK European Consumer Centre on 08456 040503 or via their online form at http://www.ukecc.net/co ntact.asp for advice and assistance on this matter.
